I’ve got a tip for you. It’s not a “hot” stock tip, but it’s worth heeding.
Beware of those designated as “experts”, “strategists” or “technicians” by the financial media. Ditto for “industry insiders” and “traders.”
They’re wolves in sheep’s clothing. They have no better predictive power than what you would expect from random chance. Worse still, they often have an agenda.
It’s to instill fear and anxiety so you’ll trade based on their musings. More trading is good for them, but often bad for you.
By pretending to have an expertise that doesn’t exist (the power to see the future), they want you to believe you should trust them to manage your money.
Don’t fall for it.
